Firstly i do like this phone a lot, it came with a bluetooth headset and 1gb transflash card from o2.
Although as mentioned in an earlier post it didnt come with headphones but a look around the internet soon sorted that issue out.
A few problems i have experienced so far are:
Call quality can be very poor and you get an intermitent crackle on the line, also you get the same using the blue tooth head set.
The phone can be slow to respond when you have to many items in your sent items folder.
And my biggest gripe and im directing this at o2 is that the phone seems to be locked down, i have seen an Australian version of this phone and the Data/USB option is avilable and is not on the o2 version, hence this stops any modding of the the hand set and installing new apps etc. I've called O2 a few times but to be honest they really cannot help me and dont seem to know what i am talking about!
One saving grace is the quality of the mp3 player which is an absolute must when i am on long train journeys and also the I-mode internet option is great for obtaining info like sports results without costing the earth.
